業務用ヘアアイロンで２５０度に設定し伸ばします。このアイロンは勉強をした美容師さん以外生きた髪に使うのは危険です...キュティクルが壊れてしまいますから......
。さて綺麗に伸びました！あとはじゃんじゃん張っていきます

I had cut MY hair for my doll!!!First of all comb the hair in the opposite direction that rid short hair. And glued the bundle of hair.長かった毛を切りました。人形の為に自毛を使います。まずは逆さにとかし短い毛を取り除きます。面倒ですがこの手間が綺麗な髪を作ります！そして少量取りボンドで固めます。自分の毛とは言え...気持ち悪いですね～

Put evelashes and eyes at face!And combine each body piece.
まつ毛と目を入れました。ついでに色付けした体を繋げました。

I made a private parts that I hesitanted to make it... and now I'll paint the cloth clay to smooth the body.
躊躇っていた局部も作りました。。。さて、次は体を滑らかにするために布用粘土を塗っていきます。

I draw a hole for pass an elastic cord through the hole and dig the hole along line.
ゴムを通す穴を描きます。左から首、腕、肘、腿、膝、手足です。線の通りに掘ります。

I made all support of joints and smooth them.It's doesn't make much differrence that I make it but it's important to effort to spend time or not!受けが出来たので形を整えます。あまり変化がないようですがここに手間をかけるかかけないかが仕上がりの重要なポイントになります。

しばらく人形作りが止まってました。またはじめます。今日は関節受けを作りました(^-^)

I made purple eyes with white plastic loop end,transparent plastic hemisphere,paints and varnish!
紫の目を作りました。白いループエンドと透明の半球、絵の具とニスを使います。

I made them up!Ummm...I have to concentrate to make a doll after this that detail making doll to parfect figur for finish.
全部に玉をつけました。う～ん。。。これからは集中して作らなければ！細部に渡って注意して完成に近い状態に作り上げます。

I dug hole in the ball.Take polystyrene off from into ball
玉に穴を掘りました。中のスチロールを取り出します。

I drow line of ball size and dig the hole! How is it? Can you see seems like joint boll?
ボールの大きさを描きます。そして掘ります！ボールを合わせてみました。どうでしょうか？球体関節らしく見えますか？

I made thirteen joint balls what is very important.If joints not fit,he can't stand up!It's not so difficult to make perfectly rounｄ：-)
球体関節人形のもっとも重要な関節球を13個作りました。もしも関節が上手くハマらないと立たせることが出来なくなってしまうので。。。。真丸く作るのは思うよりも難しくはないんですよ（＾＾）〇

これらの可愛いいスチロールのボールはなんでしょう？そうです、関節の部分になります！いよいよ球体関節人形の醍醐味、関節作りのスタートです！！

I'll cut the legs and arms today!It's easy to cut a straight line knees and elbow. but I'll cut curve line them that a certain artist make curve line knees and elbow who is my respect doll artist!I thought that is very beautiful line　：)
肘と膝を切ります。真っ直ぐに切るのが簡単ですが私はカーブをつけます。私の尊敬する人形作家さんがそのように作っていて私的にはなんて綺麗なラインだろうと思ったのです。（＾＾）

Feet need foundation of polystyrene because feet are little big!Make feet are the same as make hands! clip-clip♪
足は大きいので発砲スチロールの土台が必要です。後は手と同じ工程になります。大体の形を作ってからハサミでチョキチョキ。。。。

First of all prepare cut wire for strong finger.I make a clay boll and push one side of the boll!And cut the clay like picturs clip-clip!!and wire into the finger!
まず最初に指を丈夫にする為の針金を用意します。粘土の玉を作り片側を潰します。そして写真のようにチョキチョキときります。後は針金を指に入れます

Roughly polish body,legs and arms in Polish box!mmm...feel so good!
体、足、手を磨き箱の中でざっと磨きます。う～ん快適！

Plish them....I hete this work especially this season...tooooo hot!!!Anyway almost doll artist are anoyed by dust when they polish dry clay...so I made POLISH BOX of cardboard box!
磨きます。。。この作業は特にこのシーズンは嫌いです。。。すごく暑い。。とにもかくにも殆どの球体関節人形作家さんを悩ますのが乾いた粘土を磨いた時に出る塵！！だから磨き箱を段ボールで作りました。

It's burning hot today too!But I has been making body continually!I had dig the hollows in his body line and I made a rib and collarbone .I'll polish it after ！Can you see
it?
今日もうだる暑さです！でも引き続き体をつくります。体の窪みを掘ります。そして肋骨と鎖骨を作りました。後で磨きます。わかりますかね？

I making cloth today.It's a Kniker bocker!I know wearing it when you ride horseback riding etc..But Japanese kniker bocker is mainly Japanese carpenter's uniform I don't know only Japan or not.. My doll will wearing it when I make it up!
今日は洋服作りもしてみました。ニッカボッカです。乗馬等に着るのは知ってますが日本のニッカボッカはおもに日本の大工さんの着てる服です。日本だけの事かは分かりませんが。。。完成したらお人形さんに着せてみます。

まずは線を描きます。う～ん。。いつか球体関節人形の筋肉ムキムキを作りたい♡

Oh...I forgot to make jaw after make ears!But you can't find it from front...
あっアゴを作るのを忘れてました。でも正面からだとわかりませんね。。。。

I made ears.I'll polish it after dry!Almost take the shape of face so keep the face for a while.I'll make a body next!
耳を作りました。乾燥した後に磨きます。ほとんど形が出来ました。ひとまず顔は放置です。次は体を作ります！

Cutting head! All parts have to remove polystyrene after dry and dig a eye hole.This sculpture knive is very important that edge is curved but it's very expensive.....and fix a eyes on doll's face after dig eye hole.these eyes are temporary eyes!I'll make eyes afteｒ.
頭を切ります。すべてのパーツから発砲スチロールを取り除かなくてはいけません。そして目の穴を掘ります。この彫刻刀は目を掘るのにとても必要です！！刃先が曲がってるんですね～でも高いんですが。。。(^^;)そして目を付けました。この目は仮目です。目は後で作ります。

I polished his face briefly and cut the body for remove polystyrene. It's too dangerous to cut the body so I need gloves!
顔を簡単に磨きました。そして発砲スチロールを取るために体を切ります。とても危険なので手袋をします。

I'll make doll's face today!How face....I decided like Portgas D. Ace-ONE PIECE!!
今日は顔を作ろうと思います。どんな顔のイメージか...決めた！！！ワンピースの火拳のエースっぽくかっこよく作ろう！！！
Ummmm.....I made face roughly...But....This is differrent from Ace......I'll mend his face hereafter !!!
う～む。。。ざっと顔を作りました。でも。。。エースとは似てもにつかず。。。まだまだ直しますけどね！！！！

It's had been too hot ...But I have to knead clay....Anyway polystyrene was covered by clay.
暑い日が続いてます。。。こんな日ですが粘土をコネなければ。。。。ひとまず粘土でスチロールを覆いました。。。

I start to third doll !! I made foundartion of doll with polystyrene．It has hard to clern my room that was a lot of dust ....さてさて球体関節人形の３体目のスタートです。今日は発砲スチロールを使って土台作りをしました。塵が飛んで掃除が大変です。
